TurboPups is the second fan character to show up after the catastrophic satellite crash. The first being PupsTheMechanic (PTM) He is less of a sports type character and more of a medic. He is useful should your players run too low on juice.

TurboPups can play sports at times, but is kind of bad at it. He serves as more of a medic with healing goods.
